Why The Simple Method?
In exploring the idea of living a simple life, it became apparent that the quest for organization was not just about material possessions; it was about organizing the different facets of one's life. The quest for organization was about not scheduling days so tightly that eating on the run was normal and drinking water was forgotten. The quest for organization was less about living without things, maintaining a perfect schedule, or organizing my kitchen and more about being mindful of the daily routines we keep so we can continue to be healthy in mind, body, and spirit. The quest for organization is about simplifying one's life so there is time to appreciate, not only the important things but also the important people in my life.
